One to Three nights

Double Occupancy - $85.00 per night // + NH Rooms tax = 9%
Single Occupancy - $50.00 per night // + NH Rooms tax = 9%
Children (5-12) - $30.00 per night // + NH Rooms tax = 9%

Four or More nights

Double Occupancy - $80.00 per night // + NH Rooms tax = 9%
Single Occupancy - $45.00 per night// + NH Rooms tax = 9%
Children (5-12) - $25.00 per night // + NH Rooms tax = 9%

Off Season Rates

Double Occupancy - $70 per night // + NH Rooms tax = 9%
Single Occupancy - $45.00 per night// + NH Rooms tax = 9%
Children (5-12) - $15 per night // + NH Rooms tax = 9%

The "Off Season" can change from year to year with weather and business
volume but typically will include March 16th through April AND the Last week
in October through November of each year.

Under five complimentary - Portable or Day cribs are required

We are a pet friendly lodging establishment (except
exotics), You MUST keep them off of the furniture at ALL times and clean up
after them, unruly and disobedient animals will be crated or asked to
depart. Effective 6/1/2010 a nominal charge of $5 will be assessed for each
pet.

Large groups and extended visits will be priced with
consideration at the time the reservation is made. Special rates are
extended to active/reserve members of the military, fire, police and EMS,
with valid identification - Because we salute your service! If you qualify,
please be sure to indicate this at the time you make your reservation.

All prices are reflected in U.S. Dollars, and do not include
the applicable 9% New Hampshire rooms tax.

Note
*** With the consistent rising cost of fuel over the past
three years, our Food, Fuel Oil & Firewood costs have escalated
dramatically, as with yours as well. Additionally our rates have remained
stable for the past four years, as a result our rates will increased
effective May 1, 2008 to what is currently displayed ***

As always, reservations are strongly recommended and encouraged.

We accept cash, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Check in
time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.

All policies are a direct result of past experiences

Gift Certificates
        We provide a number of Gift Certificates to organizations
that we support directly for fund raising, advertising cost offsets and
other purposes, when we feel it appropriate to do so.  All of these gift
certificates
will require an additional paid nights stay at the Lodge with
the applicable NH rooms tax applied.  The combining or bundling of other
offers and additional gift certificates for the same stay period is not
permitted, we encourage you to secure them when you can an redeem for a
pleasant visit to the Great North Woods Region of NH at the Lodge.  Your
visit is just as important to us as someone who is paying us directly for
their entire stay.

Reservation Policy
3 or less nights = total amount of stay
4+ nights = 50% of total > 9% tax

Cancellation Policy
72 Hours // 3 Days prior to arrival:
No Refund Permitted
* Reschedule w/in > 90 days
2 consecutive cancellations = Forfeiture of deposit/payment

120 Hours // 5 days prior to arrival: Options
Refund 50% of deposit
* Reschedule w/in > 90 days
2 consecutive cancellations = Forfeiture of deposit/payment

144 Hours // 6+ days prior to arrival: Options
Refund of deposit < 10% Processing fee
* Reschedule w/in > 90 days
2 consecutive cancellations = Forfeiture of deposit/payment

  • Holiday weekends are excluded from this policy and reservation
    deposits will NOT be refunded when cancelled less than 10 full days prior to
    the intended stay date with rescheduling as a remaining option. Holiday
    weekends are busy and we may turn away business as a result of your
    reservation.
  • Rescheduling to a holiday or holiday weekend is subject to
    availability on a first come first served basis
  • Packages that are arranged on your behalf by us or offered by the
    Lodge directly offer no consideration for a refund, we are more than willing
    to rearrange your reservation should it be possible, with space available at
    the attraction and timing.
  • Please remember - Our packages are offered as "All Inclusive" with a
    single price and some of those services will have been secured and paid for
    in advance of your arrival.  Many will have stop and start dates that
    typically can not be modified.
  • Selected NH Moose Lottery Hunters who make reservations to stay with
    us will not be allowed to cancel reservations after August 15th prior to the
    Moose hunt, advanced arrangements have already been made for your hunt in
    the hopes of ensuring success.  We only book hunters selected to hunt NH
    WMU's B, C1 and C2 due to our close proximity to each of these areas and the
    number of hunters we can accommodate.  All others are welcomed to call for
    scouting visits or for recommendations to other lodging establishments
    depending on your assigned area.

    The interpretation of these policies is reserved by
    the ownership & management of the Great Northern Moose Lodge & Campground
    LLC.

    Directions from southern NH
    Travel north on 1-93 ($1 toll in Concord, NH); take Exit 35 to Route 3 (108 miles); northeast on Route 3 to Route 115 (13.2 miles); northeast on Route 115 to Route 2 (9.6 miles); take right (east) onto Route 2 to lights in Gorham (11.8 miles). Bear left at the lights onto Route 16 north. Travel 23 miles north on Route 16 from the intersection on the right-5 miles North of Route 110A. (stay on Route 16)

    Directions from Maine
    Travel north on 1-95 and take Exit 11 in Gray, Maine. Bear to the right when exiting turnpike and stay to the left at lights. Take a left onto Route 26 west and follow to Bethel, ME. Bear right onto Route 26 in Bethel and then left onto Route 26 in Newry. Follow Route 26 to Errol, NH. Left onto Route 16, 13 miles South. Lodge is on the left.

    Directions from Vermont
    Travel 1-91 north and take Exit 19 prior to St. Johnsbury. Take Route 2 into Lancaster and bear left onto Route 3 to Groveton. Bear right in Groveton onto Route 110. Take a left onto Route 110 A in West Milan. At the end, bear left onto Route 16. 5 miles North on the left.
